Grease Monitoring System
(GMS)
Capable of integration with OEM automatic lubrication system controllers or functioning independently as an automatic lubrication controller.
The Bard GMS provides full control & monitoring of your automatic lubrication system directly from the operator's seat.
Using available data & our built-in algorithm, the control system pre determines the cause of failure & presents it on the screen for the operator.
These alerts can be communicated to maintenance workers via SMS & email through our GMS-002 kit.

Automatic Pump Change-Over

System keeps track of the number of lubrication cycles completed by each grease pump & automatically changes-over the selected pump to ensure equal utilisation.

Automatic pump change-over also occurs in the event of a pump failure.

The system is fitted with a modem to permit remote monitoring of automatic lubrication system measurements & fault status.
