Bard reels are versatile & can be installed on mine support vehicles as well as stationary & movable applications.
Hoses are dynamic components that contract or extend in response to changes in internal pressure. Contact with various surfaces, especially metal edges, can lead to abrasion, a prevalent cause of hydraulic hose failure.
Abrasion occurs when the outer cover of a hose wears away, exposing the reinforcing steel wires & will eventually result in leaks.
Our engineering team has designed enhanced hose reel guides to minimize wear & tear on both the hoses & the guides.
By integrating durable Acetal material into the roller guides, we have effectively extended the lifespan of hoses.
This not only saves our customers money but also reduces unnecessary downtime.
